Where did the minimum usage of 7,500 miles per year to justify ownership come from?
This is an initial target utilization figure. Many of the State and University plans we researched began with a low initial target and increased the recommended utilization over time. There is currently no plan to increase this recommend utilization rate, however, increased utilization is increased efficiency.
