: To restore the green icons you must do the following: Click on HELP in the menu, then click on About Microsoft Outlook, and choose Disabled Items, if Scan2Contacts is in the white box, highlight and click enable. For Microsoft Outlook 2007, go to Help Menu and choose Disabled items.
