Where Did the FireWall-1 FAQ Go?
If you’ve reached this page, you’re probably wondering where all the lovely Check Point FireWall-1 FAQs are. I stopped maintaining a public FireWall-1 FAQ in August of 2005. The content is over on the CPUG Forums, which has the roughly 500 articles I originally had on the FAQ and has several thousand new threads on all things Check Point. It’s a great independent resource for all things Check Point. Meanwhile, I work for Check Point now. I didn’t when I started doing the FAQ back in 1998. I joined Check Point as a result of the Nokia Security Appliance acquisition in April 2009. It would not be appropriate for me to maintain an independent FAQ page on Check Point products.
