Where did the book of Revelation predict soon-to-happen events?
Some of the passages in Revelation that predict the nearness of these apocalyptic events are: Rev 1:1, 2:16, 3:11, 22:6, 22:7, 22:12, 22:20. In all these passages, John used the words tachos, tachei, which mean “quickly, with all speed, without delay” The word engus (near, at hand) is used in Rev. 1:3 and 22:10. The word mello (about to) is used in Rev. 1:19, 3:10.
