Where did most immigrant settle in British North America?

You know… you cannot really answer that question. The British did have this as a possession, but so did France, Spain, the Netherlands, Finland has a claim, so do the Polynesians. And in fact, between the time the Brits won this country, and the time they left, not a lot had happened and the realities of the country were, as they were. So VERY thick forests, lots of swamps with mosquitoes that would eat a bear, a bizillion rivers that had to be bridged or walked around, floods, tornadoes, and for a while, the mini-ice age. The manpower was not here and the ‘taming’ of American had not begun. If you had to say something, you would say the lowland east of the Allegheny and Blue Ridge Mountains to the Atlantic Sea. Not much lower than the bottom of Virginia because of mosquitoes and yellow fever, and not much higher than our current border because others claimed it.
