Where did hockey originate ?
It didn’t “originate” from anywhere, it evolved. Some archaeologists found hieroglyphs of people playing a game with a stick and ball that resembled field hockey on a pyramid in Egypt. Like soccer, this basic concept was founded by all civilizations, but only Canadians decided to play it on the ice during winter, invent some skates, and call it shinny which evolved into hockey. There is still some debate whether we took it from the Native’s lacrosse though.
