Where did battles take place in the crimean war?
The Crimean war took place in 1853 to 1856. The conflict was between Imperial Russia and an alliance of France, the United Kingdom, the kingdom of Sardinia, and the Ottoman Empire. Most of the war was fought on the Cremean Peninsula, now a part of the Ukraine. Battles took place near the Alma River, Kadikoi (Battle of Balaclava), Sevastopol (Battle of Chernaya River), Eupatoria, Inkerman, Petropavlovsk, Taganrog, the Kinburn Peninsula, Kurekdere, Malakoff, Sevastopol, and the last major battle at Kars.
