You didn’t say if you wanted to buy or simply wear a wedding dress, and I am not sure of your budget, but here are some suggestions: Rent one from a theatrical costume shop. I did that for a play once, and it didn’t cost much. Ask if you can make alterations, though, and be prepared to get it cleaned. Borrow one from a friend. I just looked at the Bridal Online Store (http://www.bridalonlinestore.com), which had gowns that were mostly under $600, and some were under $200. You should know that I haven’t dealt with them, so this is not an endorsement. Another one I saw was Quick Gowns (http://www.quickgowns.com), which seemed to be mostly under $400. Again, I haven’t dealt with this vendor myself.
