Where can you go to get the combination of a master lock sent to you?
Toll-free telephone number, office hours, mailing address, and email messaging are available on the website, www.masterlocks.com. Basically, there may be one of three ways to get the combination. One’s sending the unattached lock to their office. The lock’s sent back, with the combination. A second way’s to send a photocopy of the back of an attached lock, and a notarized Lost Combination Form that can be printed from the site. The photocopy must be of such good quality that the office will have no trouble reading the serial number on the back of the lock. And third’s contacting one of the website’s customer service representatives when the customer and the lock are located outside the U.S. But perhaps the best step’s first going to the site email, or telephoning, to check on current proper procedures.
