Where can you get a Wynaut in Pokemon Ruby, other than the mirage island and the old lady?
There are three ways to obtain Wynaut in RuSa (Ruby/Sapphire). By far the easiest would be accepting the Wynaut egg offered to you by an old woman in Lavaridge Town and hatching it yourself. You can also breed two Wobbuffet (found in the Safari Zone) so long as one of them is holding the Lax Incense (if Lax Incense isn’t present they’ll just produce another Wobbuffet, not Wynaut). Finally, wild Wynaut can be found in abundance on Mirage Island…though finding Mirage Island itself can be more difficult than finding even the notoriously elusive Feebas. Mirage Island occasionally appears on Route 129 but you won’t see it unless an old man in Pacifidlog Town alerts you to its presence beforehand. Supposedly whether or not he sees Mirage Island has something to do with the Pokemon you’re carrying in your party (hidden figures or something), but since I’m completely confused by the whole mess I just say take the damn egg you get in Lavaridge Town and be happy with it.
