Flash isn’t free… it is actually very expensive ($699 to be exact) and it can be downloaded once bought (which isn’t exactly the best idea just in case your computer ever crashes…) so i would go the extra mile and have the disk shipped to you, which also has another upside because that will work for windows and mac just incase you have an unsuspected change.
