Federal regulations are administered by the Research and Special Programs Administration of the Department of Transportation and are currently contained in: Title 49 of the Coded Federal Regulations, Parts 100-177, 178-180, 325-399, & 40 Title 29 of the Coded Federal Regulations, Parts 1910.1200.
