Where can suitable equality and diversity training be obtained?
The BSB has not specified the detail of such training and there is no specific course provided by the Bar Council or BSB that has to be undertaken. ATOs should evaluate their own individual needs and ensure that members of pupillage selection panels attend a suitable course. The Bar Council may be able to give further advice. This requirement will be monitored in future by means of Chambers Monitoring.
