Where can students obtain support if they are having problems with Blackboard 5?

The instructor is responsible for explaining to his/her students how to use the features implemented in a Blackboard course site. However, if students are having problems accessing Blackboard using the student portal or if they forgot their password, they will need to contact the Help Desk at (657) 278-7777.
