sky pillar can be found in the gba-gameboy advance games:pokemon sapphire,ruby,and emerald.Sky Pillar is found near Pacificlog Town.Heres what you do:Get to pacificlog town.stand outside the pokemon center and you will see a fisherman.surfup and you will see rocks in front of u.surf right with the rocks until they stop extending.surf little bit up.surf left.surf little bit up.surf right.get inside the cave.get through the cave.walk around and go inside the building. wallah!you are inside SKY PILLAR where you can catch a cool pokemon .get past sky pillar and find out!
