● If the question is related to PAC eligibility, the number to call is 1-800-226-2142. ● If the PAC member has not yet enrolled in an MCO and the question is benefit or service related, call the State’s Enrollee Action Line @ 1-888-754-0095. ● If the member is calling to choose an MCO or to request a change of MCOs, call PSI, the Enrollment Broker@ 1-866-676-5880. ● PAC members who are already enrolled in an MCO should direct questions to the MCO member service number on their MCO ID card.
