Where can one find the acceptable changes to the Standard Pre-bid Letter of Credit?
Bidders submit requests for modifications to the Pre-Bid Letter of Credit with their Part 1 Proposals. The Procurement Administrator, ComEd, and the Procurement Monitor review these requests and advise the Bidder whether they are acceptable within two business days. The list of acceptable modifications is posted to the Web site on a daily basis. All modifications to the Pre-Bid Letter of Credit from the 2008 procurement that were acceptable remain acceptable for this years procurement.
