Yea really there arent that many places to just buy a salvia plant other than the internet. You can find local herb shops that have it sometimes. But they just order there’s from the internet too. It mostly grows in Mexico and it needs a certain climate to grow big farms outside. Winnepeg you’ll have to grow indoors definatly. But you can get it to flower and produce seeds a couple of times a year if you grow indoors. then you will have seeds, but no one wants to sell seeds because they dont produce that often. They are very hard to germinate. Way way easier to start from a clipping. Couldnt find any head shops in your area, but this source has great info on Salvia plants.
