The University of Kentucky’s College of Nursing is accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and approved by the Kentucky Board of Nursing (KBN) as a provider of continuing education courses for nurses, nurse managers, nursing researchers and nurse scholars. New courses are periodically added to the online roster, ranging from 2-37.5 ANCC contact hours (2.5-45 KBN hours). In 2008, the University of Kentucky College of Nursing was named among the top 30 best graduate schools in the nation by U.S. News & World Report.
