Where can my son or daughter go if they are having problems in the residence halls?

They should go to their RA and talk about it. Their RA will advise all parties involved and help in any way. If the problem can not be resolved through the RA the student may come up the Office of Residential Life and talk with one of the area coordinator’s (AC’s).
