Morning Ceremony In order to ease overcrowding and improve traffic flow, guests for the morning ceremonies will be asked to park at Otonabee College or Gzowski College (on the east side of the river) and walk across the bridge to the ceremony. Please note the distance from the parking lots to the actual ceremony can be up to ½ km. Elderly guests, or persons with special needs or limited mobility can be dropped off at the foot of the Bata Library steps on the west side of the river (main entrance).

A. Parking will be available without charge to graduands and their guests. Permits are not required for convocation guests and every effort will be made to direct guests to parking areas as close as possible to the site of the ceremony.
