Where can my child get a HealthCheck screen?
As long as your child is under age 21 and is covered by Wisconsin BadgerCare Plus, you can make a appointment for a health screening through your regular doctor. Most health departments also offer HealthCheck screens and shots. You should call your doctor or health department to make an appointment. If you need transportation to the checkup, please call our Customer Care Center at (800) 279-1301.
