Visa documentation is ALWAYS applied for through the Home office or via a British Consul or Embassy abroad. It is ALWAYS applied for by the applicant or their sponsoring employer. The cost of the documentation is ALWAYS paid direct to the Home office and NEVER to a third party. If you are being sponsored to work in the UK, your employer ALWAYS pays for the visa costs.
