SUBWAY® Rewards Cards are currently available in participating SUBWAY® restaurant locations in Florida, Ohio, Georgia, Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, Utah, Wyoming, Kentucky, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, New York, Massachusetts and Vermont. In Canada, Rewards Cards are currently available in Ontario. Points will only be awarded on purchases made at SUBWAY® restaurants that participate in the Rewards Card Program. Ask your favorite SUBWAY® restaurant location if they are participating on your next visit. Rewards Cards will only be issued and accepted in participating SUBWAY® locations.
