If you mean Outlets centres for discounts clothing, then no. But you will find TK Maxx around London but you wouldn’t find any in Central London. The main shopping area in London is Oxford Street and all the streets in the surrounding area but you won’t find them to be discount shops. For cheaper clothing look for ( VERY CHEAP) Primark New Look You will find big brand clothing like LEVI and AandF will be almost twice as expensive as the US The big shopping malls are just outside London.
