Children Are Priceless Passengers (CAPP) is a voluntary program available to persons cited for a violation of A.R.S. 28-907A (Child Restraint Law). Upon completion of the class and presentation of the certificate, the fine will be reduced to zero. Some attendees may obtain a new child safety seat during the class. Classes are two hours in length and offered in both English and Spanish. A class fee of $25 is required, pre-registration is required, and only cash or money order payment will be accepted. Daycare is not provided, and children are not permitted at the classes.
