Forecasters said a flood watch was in effect in the Tampa, Fla., area Wednesday following a line of overnight storms that dropped 1- to 4 inches of rain. A tornado touched down near Brandon Wednesday morning and a Largo man was injured when lightning struck his metal shed, the St. Petersburg (Fla.)
