For example, to find the system requirements for MetaStock End-of-Day, click on the heading End-of-day, then MetaStock End-of-Day, then System Requirements. • Running MetaStock on a Mac (Apple) We cannot officially support running MetaStock on a Mac computer; however, we have several clients using MetaStock on the new Macs with the Intel processor without any major issues. The new Macs can run Windows natively (not through VM), by running it with a Mac program named Boot Camp. In our experience, running MetaStock in this way has proven to be the most stable over the last couple of years. There is another program that uses Boot Camp, named Parallels, but there have been some activation issues running in this environment. MetaStock needs to be initially activated through Boot Camp. MetaStock will not run in a Virtual Machine environment
