• If you would like to save a mail message to disk or in a folder on your computer, choose Save As from the File menu. • You also have the option of keeping your messages in mail folders within Outlook. The default folders are Inbox (where new messages are received), Outbox(where outgoing messages are kept while waiting to be sent), Sent Items (where copies of sent messages are kept), and Deleted Items (where messages to be discarded are kept). You may create new folders in order to file the messages you would like to keep. To create a new folder choose New Folder from the File menu. To move messages from one folder to another, click the message to be moved and drag it to the desired folder.
