I have seen nothing for rental of wedding gowns in this area( I live in the eastern part of the state toward Wilmington NC. For low cost you might want to try lightinthebox.com or landybridal.com and then sell it or you might find one on either Craigslist.com for your area or Ebay. You can always resell it if you don’t want to keep it My niece bought hers on ebay at 700 and sold it on ebay for 800 Can’t beat that for a deal.
