If there is a Budget car rental near you, or a Midway, they sometimes rent the RX at some of their locations. I rented an RX 400h from Midway last year ($150 per day), and I’ve seen some at some Budget locations (in Beverly Hills and Santa Monica–sorry, I live in LA!) Wish I could be more help, but those are the only two I know of. Oh, and by the way, Enterprise DOES NOT rent Lexus AT ALL.
