Where can I read the statutes and regulations regarding enforcement?
The legislature website has the Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS). Since the “fines and penalties” statutes were signed into law during the 2007 legislature, the language can be found under NRS §533.481, §534.193, §535.200, and §536.200. At this time, the regulations have not yet been published by the Legislative Counsel Bureau, but they are in full force as of July 1, 2009. The final draft of the regulations can be read here.
