Where can I read online books for free….?
Most authors can’t afford to put their books online for free. For one, fewer people would buy them and websites cost money to maintain. Secondly, you can read books in a library for free BECAUSE tax dollars pay for the books and the publisher pays the author and all of the people that worked on the books. However Baen will allow you to read some of their books for free because they are hoping to attract new readers. And Cory Doctorow will allow you to read his books.
