From what I can find on http://www.mangaupdates.com … there are no free fan-based english scanlations of any of the Gundam Wing manga… all of them are licensed either by Viz or Tokyopop… and seeing as most fan-based scanlation groups don’t scanlate licensed manga, your best bet is probably to either a) hope someone uploads the licensed english scans, or b) buy the books themselves.
