If you purchased a full game license through PlayOn (i.e. already paid the full list price on it), you can re-download your game here. There is no extra charge for re-downloading. In case that you changed computers or can not access a specific game on a computer previously used to download and play the game, please contact our Customer Service Department directly through the attached Customer Support Form.
