Loose comfortable western clothing (track pants, t-shirts, long skirts, loose trousers) can be purchased in your city prior to departure. Indian salwar-kameez (two-piece pajama-type outfits) and sari for women and the kurta /pajama-type two-piece outfit and dhoti for men may be purchased through your center’s Life Bliss Galleria (if available), or in the ashram or in local Indian stores.
