Walmart, Kroger, any where they sell cleaning products. I am a professional tech with 23 years of repair experience. If it is a matter if just dust and you don’t want any fuss. A vacuum cleaner and a can of compressed air. If you want to do a thorough job remove the motherboard, fans, disassemble the power supply and spray all parts with detergent followed by a hot water shower with the most forceful water you have. This is the way new boards were cleaned in the factory for years when water soluble fluxes were used. The factory where I worked used to wash boards in 210 deg. F. water after soldering then dry in an infrared oven. You can also wash the empty case this way. Dry with a hair dryer or in an oven on bake set to low warm around 150 to 200 degrees F. for 15 minutes. Use the top shelve. Place whatever you are drying on a cookie sheet to protect cables etc. from radiant heat. Boards have to be able to take this or they would not survive infrared soldering. Don’t wash drives, switc
