Where can I purchase alcohol for departmental research purposes?
• A: You can puchase isopropyl or lab alcohol for research purposes from any lab supply vendor such as VWR/Canlab or Fisher Scientific. To acquire 95% or higher denatured alcohol, please contact MedStore at the Faculty of Medicine at 978-8614. Alcohol purchased through MedStore is excise tax reduced but will require completion of the appropriate forms.
