Where can I print a report of my initial SMART Operations Plan (Form 4B/19B)?
• A: For now you can print a report of your Operations Plan by clicking on SMART Forms located on the SMART homepage. This report has your initial projections and targets that are tracked on your FY10 Form 10. Once you begin reporting on the QPR for FY10, you will be able to print individual reports as you’ve done in the past.
