Where can I play Magic the Gathering online with my own decks?
Go to http://www.magicworkstation.com and download the Magic Workstaton Client (MWS). You’ll also need to get an updated card database, which can be found at http://www.slightlymagic.com. Images for the cards are also available, but sometimes those are a bit harder to find and you can also download themes to make the interface look better. Make sure you have a good handle on the rules and how to use phases, as the MWS community isn’t one that is very patient. But despite that, it’s a pretty good place to test decks. You can also play Magic the Gathering Online. It can get expensive, and you’ll have to re-collect the cards you are using in your deck within the online environment, but the tournaments played on MTGO are sanctioned, and because the interface handles the rules for you, it can be a pretty good place to learn to play better.
