Where can I park if I will be attending Washington Universitys Spring Commencement exercises?

0

Commencement at Washington University is a time of celebration for the grand achievement of our graduating students. Each year in May, members of the Washington University community, along with friends, family and other supporters gather on campus to be a part of this momentous event. With such a large number of people congregating for this occasion, parking can be quite challenging on the day of Commencement. The Commencement ceremony takes place in the Quadrangle (weather-permitting), and nearby general parking in this area is permitted in the surface lots east of Brookings Hall, west of Skinker Blvd. (see Lots 2W, 2E, and Lot 4 on the parking map). During Commencement exercises, visitor parking is permitted (without a parking permit) in most of Washington University’s above-ground parking garages or surface parking lots (parking in loading zones, fire lanes, or in a disabled parking space without a state-issued handicapped parking placard is prohibited during Commencement exercises)
