Your going to be needing at least a 90 pound felt. There is a variety of roofing papers used for a variety of roofing materials. For instance composition roofing requires only a standard tar roofing paper, whereas tile roofs require a minimum of 90lb. felt. I’m not certain what you mean when you say “tile effect” roofing felt however any construction supply store should have it on hand.
