The simple answer is “nowhere”. Unlike MVS 3.8, ISPF is not regarded as Public Domain software by IBM. It is a “for charge” item, and is very expensive. Several inquiries to IBM about licensing an early version of ISPF that would run on MVS 3.8 received replies that the cost to license ISPF would be several 10s of thousands of US$, per installation. Rob Prin has made available his RPF (Rob’s Programming Facility) to the Hercules’ community, and it provides many of the functions of ISPF.
