Fig drawings use PostScript fonts to show text. If you want your printed form to look exactly like the Fig drawing you need fonts looking like the PostScript fonts. A collection of such fonts is shipped with GhostScript. Download the GhostScript sources and take a look into the Resource/Font directory of the distribution. Run x.
