Where can I obtain a lock box and how much do they cost?
You can purchase a lock box at any major hardware store for about 30 dollars each. You may also obtain a lock box from your listing broker for a small refundable deposit plus shipping and handling. Please keep in mind if you obtain a lock box from somewhere other then your listing broker, it is your responsibility to contact your listing broker to give them the code to the lock box, so they have it recorded and can pass it on to the buyer representative that is wanting to show your house.
