Where can I obtain a copy of the list to notify all the local exchange providers in Iowa?
A8. There are approximately 300 names currently on the list of local exchange providers in Iowa. You may obtain a copy of the list of providers from our Records and Information Center at 515-281-5563. Records Center will assess a charge to the applicant for the copies. There is a minimum copy fee of $2.00 for the first five pages and 25 cents per page thereafter. You may also download a copy of the mailing list in Word 2000 format.
