The Mormons have some birth and christening records. In general, though, no one in Europe wants to spend the time and money to put birth data on-line because there isn’t enough interest in it, so they could not sell advertising for it. Cyndi’s List may give you some leads, but don’t get your hopes up. Note that data entry, web design and web hosting all cost money. There are only three ways to get that money; 1) Charge directly, like Ancestry.com does 2) Sell advertising, which is how most “free” sites pay the bills. You might call that an “indirect” charge, since you don’t pay for it out of your pocket, but you pay for it with annoyance. It’s the difference between renting a movie and waiting for it to come out on regular TV, with commercials. 3) Get a patron. I spend $60 a year to pay for my web site, so the world can benefit from my advice. Also it lets me pick up loose women at the genealogy club, because they have heard of me.
