Where can I locate the CA Certificate Chain for 2048-bit BPIA certificates?
Some partners have found they have issues with installing or using BPIA certificates if the entire chain is not located in the Certificate Store of their browser. Download the .zip file of the root and intermediate certificates. Right-click this file to see options for extracting files. After unpacking the winzip file, you can either right-click files to install the certificate appropriate for your browser in Windows or import the certificates using browser “tools”. Typically, Internet Explorer will import certificates files that have a .cer extenstion.
