The chapter The Languages of Ancient Egypt contains a concise grammar of Middle Egyptian. This will help you get started with your study of the languages of Ancient Egypt. Should this not suffice for you, I have also listed several excellent study books in the Languages section of the chapter The Ancient Egypt Bibliography. In this section you will also find some dictionaries that will help you reading the ancient texts.
