This isn’t really an NGH policy, it’s a CO Springs ordinance. In order to keep the sidewalks usable and safe the Colorado Springs’ City ordinance requires all residents to remove snow and ice from sidewalks adjacent to their property within 24 hours after a snow storm has ended.
